The July 2030 lagoon deadline applies to commercial property as well as residential — the law covers any commercial or residential property with an existing septic system inside the program area. For a restaurant, a small plaza or a park with its own system, that means the same two paths: connect where a line is available, or install a system achieving at least 65 percent nitrogen reduction. Commercial flows are larger and the sizing work is different, so establish your program status and get the design question answered early rather than discovering it alongside a failure. Which path applies
Systems over 10,000 gallons per day fall under state environmental regulation rather than the county; we'll tell you which side of that line you're on.
All work is performed by local licensed, permitted Florida-registered septic tank contractors.
